By booking a service with Alberta Dust Busters (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“the client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

• Alberta Dust Busters provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Calgary and surrounding areas.

• Services will be carried out as agreed upon in the booking confirmation.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details and access information.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.

• Payment is due on or before the day of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• We accept e-transfer, credit/debit, etc.

• Late payments may incur an additional fee.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full service fee will apply.

4. Liability & Insurance

• Alberta Dust Busters is fully insured and will take reasonable care in providing services.

• We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items improperly secured.

  • Damage caused by faulty equipment, poor installation, or structural issues.

• Clients must inform us of any delicate or high-value items that require special handling.

5. Health & Safety

• For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

• We do not handle: mold remediation, pest infestations, biohazards, or tasks requiring specialized training (e.g., climbing beyond standard ladders).

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service.

• We will arrange a re-clean of the specific area at no additional cost.

• Refunds are not provided once services have been rendered, except at our sole discretion.

7. Privacy & Data

• Personal information collected during booking is used solely for scheduling and communication purposes.

• We do not share client details with third parties without consent.

8. Amendments

• Alberta Dust Busters reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
